| La Contessa is directly on the beach with a direct view of the Gulf from every condo. TThe pool is Gulf front to the north side of the north building with the fishing pier to the south. The complex is upscale with many owners choosing to live here year round. The minimum rental period is 30 days and pets up to 50 lbs. with the owner's approval. Please note: Florida law requires you to keep your pet on a lease and to pick up after them. Cliff Roe Realty, Inc does not rent these units; we created this site as a public service to allow owners and guests to communicate with each other.
